Office or residential building "Advantage"
This multi-functional house should be used both as an office building and a residential house with a total area office of 104 m2 and a residential house of 98 m2. It is easily transformed into a three-bedroom residential house with a spacious living room. The building project based on three thousand years old Vedic architecture VASTU SHASTRA principles that contribute to a harmonious and positive energy filled environment.
The facade uses largescale structuralfree glazing with “securitywindows” and “child safety” systems. A glazed headlight with automatic hatches may be integrated in to the structure of the building roof. Powered engines integrated into window frame.
In building we use only ecological materials. Wood walls breathe, emit heat, so the house has a healthy microclimate and a pleasant aura.
Wood-paneled houses are a rational construction compromise between the need to save money and provide maximum practicality and comfort for the building.
